Breathwork

Step out of your head and into your body.

Guided breathwork sessions helping you regulate your nervous system, process emotion, and feel more grounded in yourself.

Breathwork could be for you if..

  • You feel stuck in your head and struggle to switch off

  • You understand your emotions but can’t fully feel or release them

  • You’re dealing with stress, anxiety, or constant mental noise

  • You’re going through an emotionally challenging moment such as a breakup

  • You want a deeper connection to yourself (but don’t know how to get there)

  • You’re into growth, but talking alone isn’t shifting things

What does a breathwork session look like?

During our session, you’ll be guided through a specific breathing pattern while lying or sitting comfortably.

Music and cues will help you stay present as your body begins to release tension, emotion, and stored stress.

Every experience is different—but many people report feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected afterwards.

What are the benefits?

  • Quiet a constantly busy mind

  • Feel emotions without being overwhelmed by them

  • Release built-up tension in the body

  • Improve your ability to stay calm under pressure

  • Build a stronger connection with yourself

About Me

I’m Christian — a breathwork facilitator helping you come back to yourself through something we all have: the breath. My approach is gentle and grounded, creating a space where you can regulate your nervous system and truly feel, process, and reconnect with your emotions.

I aim to create a sense of safety and comfort where you can explore your inner world without pressure or judgment. This work is rooted in my own experience. I came to breathwork during a period of heartbreak, when I was holding a lot of sadness and grief that I knew I needed to face. The breath gave me a way to feel those emotions fully, rather than avoid or suppress them, and in doing so, helped me move forward.

Since then, it’s helped me build a much deeper connection with who I am, and given me clarity on what I truly want from life. It’s also allowed me to slow down internally — to be more present in my day-to-day interactions and remain calm and grounded in more challenging or stressful moments. Rather than reaching for distraction, the breath has become an anchor that brings me back to myself and what really matters.
