About Me
I’ve been active from an early age. My childhood and teenage years were a flurry of physical pursuits; running, cricket, cycling, swimming, and of course, football.
It was football that, in 2014, carried me across to The George Washington University in the United States. I joined the men’s ‘soccer’ team (I got used to calling it that after a while) and completed a degree in finance and psychology.
As I packed my bags the night before I jetted off, I had no idea of the transformation I was about to experience over the next four years.
Because it was during this time that I was introduced to strength training.
I went from an unconfident and inconsistent gym-goer to an assured and capable athlete. My physique changed, I felt stronger, and—more importantly—I began to carry myself with a new level of confidence that extended far beyond the gym.
After graduating, I spent a couple of years figuring myself out—working corporate jobs while continuing to learn more about both life and myself. But, towards the end of 2019, I realised something needed to change - and so began the process of becoming a personal trainer.
Over the past six years, I’ve worked with a wide range of people, helping them build strength, improve their fitness, and take better care of themselves—both physically and mentally.
What I’ve come to see is that training goes far beyond just changing your body. It’s a vehicle for building confidence, creating structure, and developing a stronger relationship with yourself.
Today, my focus is on helping people live with greater clarity, confidence, and alignment—through building strength not just in the body, but in who they are.
