Reconnect.

A 6-Week Programme for Men Who Are Ready to Come Home to Themselves

Does any of this sound familiar..

You're going through the motions but something underneath feels off.

You know you're capable of more — but you can't seem to close the gap between where you are and where you sense you could be.

You're hard on yourself. You second-guess your decisions. You show up differently depending on who's in the room.

You've achieved things, ticked boxes, done what seemed sensible — and still gone to bed feeling like something is quietly missing.

Or maybe something has cracked open recently — a breakup, a moment of clarity, a quiet voice that's getting harder to ignore — and you know it's time to actually look inward.

Whatever brought you here — you're not broken. You're just disconnected. And that's exactly what this is for.

What Reconnect is

Reconnect is a six week programme built around breathwork, honest self-reflection, and the kind of community that makes the inner work feel less lonely.

It isn't a course. It isn't a set of tools to implement. It's an experience — one that asks you to slow down, turn inward, and start getting honest with yourself in a way that most men never do.

Over six weeks you'll work with your breath, sit with questions worth sitting with, and show up alongside other men doing the same thing.

By the end you won't just think differently. You'll feel different. More settled. More clear. More like yourself.

What’s included?

This isn’t just about training. It’s a structured approach designed to help you grow physically, mentally, and emotionally. Here’s what you’ll get:

  • One call per week via Zoom. Guided conscious connected breathwork followed by space to reflect on what came up. This is the heartbeat of the programme — the moment each week where everything slows down and you actually arrive somewhere.

  • Short guided practices — 5 to 10 minutes — for you to return to throughout the week. A daily anchor. Something that takes less than ten minutes and changes the quality of everything that follows it.

  • One honest question per day to sit with. Not generic journalling advice — prompts built specifically around the inner work of self-trust, fear, self-judgement and closing the gap between who you are and who you know you're capable of being.

  • A small, private group of men going through the same six weeks alongside you. For accountability, for honesty, for the reminder that you're not alone in this.

What you'll walk away with

A quieter mind and a more settled relationship with yourself.

Clarity on what you actually want — not what seems sensible or what others expect of you.

A daily breathwork practice that you can carry well beyond the six weeks.

An honest understanding of the patterns that have been keeping you stuck — and what it feels like to start breaking them.

And something harder to put into words but unmistakable when you feel it — the sense that you're no longer at war with yourself.

Who this is for

The man who has been going through the motions and knows something needs to change.

The man who has achieved things on paper and still feels empty underneath.

The man who has just come through something difficult — a breakup, a loss, a moment of crisis — and is finally ready to use it as a doorway rather than something to get over.

The man who is tired of performing and ready to start being.

If you read that and felt something — this is for you.

Who this isn't for

Someone looking for a quick fix or a productivity hack.

Someone who isn't ready to be honest with themselves.

Someone who wants to be told what to do rather than helped to hear what they already know.

This work asks something of you. Not perfection — just willingness.

About Christian

I'm not coming to this work from a place of having figured everything out.

For most of my teens and twenties I was lost in the way a lot of men are lost — following the crowd, performing for whoever was in the room, staying in situations I knew weren't right because leaving felt harder than staying. I hurt people I cared about through my own dishonesty with myself. I sat at a desk in my early-twenties grinding through a job that hollowed me out slowly, asking myself — is this really it?

The turning inward started out of necessity. Journalling, reading, getting genuinely curious about who I was and what I actually wanted. Breathwork came later — and when it did, it reached something that years of thinking hadn't touched.

I'm a personal trainer, a breathwork facilitator, and a coach. But beyond all of that — I'm a man who is still on this path, slightly further along than where you might be standing right now, and genuinely invested in walking alongside you.

Reconnect exists because I wish something like it had existed for me.

The investment

£200 for the full six weeks.

That's six live sessions with me, a library of breathwork practices to return to daily, weekly prompts that will ask more of you than you expect, and a community of men doing the work alongside you.

After Reconnect, if you want to continue the work there are two ways to do that:

The Circle — ongoing monthly breathwork, community and accountability at £100/month.

1:1 Coaching — everything in The Circle plus weekly coaching calls with me personally, at £250/month.

But that's later. For now — six weeks. That's all this asks.
