Online Coaching

Stop performing. Start living.

Is Online Coaching for you?

Do you find yourself..

  • Playing it safe - instead of going after what you really want in life?

  • Judging yourself harshly - in ways you'd never judge someone you care about?

  • Wishing you could look in the mirror and genuinely like and respect the person looking back?

  • Feeling like your outer life isn’t reflecting your inner potential?

If so, here’s why you’re stuck..

It's not a character flaw. It's not laziness or lack of willpower.

It's that somewhere along the way, you learned it was safer to fit in than to stand out. Safer to seek approval than to trust yourself. Safer to stay put than to risk being wrong — or being judged.

Those patterns made sense once. They just aren't serving you anymore.

The shift that actually mattered.

The biggest shift didn’t come from doing more. It came from slowing down. From taking a step back and really looking at the beliefs I held about myself. From learning to sit with where I was, instead of constantly trying to escape it.

That’s where things began to change.

Not because I became someone new, but because I started building a new relationship with myself — based on awareness, honesty, and self-trust.

What I do now..

The work I do today is built on those experiences.

I help you to slow down, understand yourself more deeply, and build self-trust through how you live. Not just so you can improve your life, but so that you actually feel at home in it.

For a long time, I was living from a place of fear.

I lacked confidence and acted in ways that felt misaligned with who I was and what I actually wanted.

Things only started to shift when life forced me into discomfort.

I went through three breakups that made me slow down, reflect, and confront myself. They deepened my emotional awareness and changed how I show up in relationships.

And I worked jobs that felt empty — going through the motions with no sense of purpose. This forced me to question what life was all about, what I actually wanted, and what I was willing to do to attain it.

What I thought would fix it.

Like a lot of people, I turned to self-improvement — training, reading, podcasts, meditation, all of it. All with the intention of being better.

Did it help? Yeah, it did, to a degree. I felt more confident, more capable.

But, it didn’t give me what I thought it would. I still didn’t feel fully at home in myself. I still had underlying beliefs that I wasn’t quite enough.

How I Can Help.

Together, we'll slow down and look honestly at the patterns driving your choices — where they came from, what they're costing you, and what becomes possible when you're no longer at their mercy.

We'll get clear on what you actually want — separate from the expectations you've absorbed and the image you've felt pressure to maintain.

And we'll build something more reliable than motivation: a way of showing up that's grounded in who you are, not who you think you're supposed to be.

The result isn't a fixed, perfected version of you. It's something quieter and more useful — feeling at home in yourself, trusting your own judgment, and making choices you can actually stand behind.

What’s included?

This isn’t just about training. It’s a structured approach designed to help you grow physically, mentally, and emotionally. Here’s what you’ll get:

  • 30 minute weekly video calls during which we’ll talk about whatever’s relevant for you - training, nutrition, mindset, lifestyle. These will also be an opportunity for deeper reflection.

  • You’ll have access to your own training program through TrueCoach — giving you the structure needed to build a consistent routine of training, essential for developing strength, confidence, and self-trust.

  • You’ll be taken through my curated 4-week habit building framework which includes journaling prompts and guided breathwork sessions.

  • We’ll be in contact through WhatsApp throughout - meaning if you ever have a question, need support, or just want to share your progress you can do so.

Here’s how it works.

1

See Yourself Clearly

Most of us are running on autopilot — reacting from old beliefs we never consciously chose. Through reflection and self-inquiry, you'll start to see your patterns clearly. That clarity is where real change begins.

2

Regulate Your Nervous System

Thinking your way out of feeling stuck only goes so far. Breathwork helps you process what you're carrying — slowing the nervous system, creating space, and making it easier to act from a grounded place rather than a reactive one.

3

Build Self-Trust

There's something that happens when you train consistently and keep the promises you make to yourself. You build more than strength — you build evidence that you can rely on yourself. That's what the physical work is really for.

4

Stay the Course

Change is harder alone. Knowing someone is genuinely in your corner — not just checking boxes, but actually paying attention — makes it easier to stay honest and keep going when it gets difficult.

Let’s get started.

If you’re ready to build strength, self-trust, and a life that actually feels like yours, I’m here to help.
